Leaf Collection Update – 12/13/2024

As of Friday December 13, the DPW crews have completed a final pass of the borough. Both the east and west sides have been completed. Leaf piles are no longer permitted. Branch piles are also not permitted. Branch pickups start on March 24, 2025. Residents are welcome to bring leaves and branches down to the recycling center Wednesdays 9-3 and Saturdays 9-2. The sweeper will be coming in January 2025 weather permitting. It cannot pick up leaf piles or branches. Please keep the streets clear.

Please remember that leaves must be placed at the curb for pickup. If they are blocked by cars or behind trees or poles, we will not be able to pick them up. In addition, branches cannot be mixed in with the leaves. The DPW will not pick up branches or leaf piles with branches mixed in.
