Committee goal is to enhance the overall outdoor appearance of the downtown area through streetscape venues via plantings and hardscape items, in order to attract residents and businesses in a pedestrian friendly atmosphere.  To that end planters and planter boxes have been placed throughout the downtown with plantings changed by committee members, in keeping with the changing of the seasons. Committee is also responsible for the landscaping and seasonal plantings at Veterans' Park.
