Adoption of The Borough's 2025 Housing Element & Fair Share Plan

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-13 of the Municipal Land Use Law (the MLUL), the Borough of Park Ridge Planning Board will conduct a public hearing at 53 Park Avenue, Park Ridge, New Jersey, 07656 at 8:00 p.m. on June 11, 2025, to hear public comment on the adoption of the Borough’s 2025 Housing Element & Fair Share Plan.  The Planning Board will provide any person wishing to comment on the Borough’s Housing Element & Fair Share Plan the opportunity to do so at the hearing.  After public comment, the Planning Board shall consider adoption of the Borough’s 2025 Housing Element & Fair Share Plan. Action is expected to be taken at this public hearing.

A copy of the Borough’s 2025 Housing Element & Fair Share Plan shall be on file for public inspection no less than ten (10) days prior to the public hearing at the Borough of Park Ridge Municipal Building, 53 Park Avenue, Park Ridge, New Jersey, 07656, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.  Any party interested in commenting on this document may do so at the public hearing.
