The Park Ridge Board of Health is pleased to host a free series of workshops for caregivers or Bergen County residents
with a chronic disease such as diabetes, arthritis, high blood pressure, heart disease, chronic pain, or anxiety.
The “Take Control of Your Health “ program offers six two-and- one-half hour sessions conducted by trained peer leaders.
Participants will learn to set their own goals and make step-by-step plans to improve their health and their lives.
The series of workshops will be held in the Mancinelli Community Center at
53 Park Avenue in Park Ridge on Tuesdays from 2:00 to 4:30 PM on the following dates:
May 21, May 28, June 11, June 18, June 25 and July 2.
Healthy refreshments will be served.
Space is limited and registration is required.
