There's still time to join the FREE 2015 Park Ridge Weight Loss Challenge. Our goal is to lose at least 100 pounds as a town over an eight-week period while having fun, exercising and learning more about good nutrition. The Challenge runs from March 26 to May 20. Information and registration material and new information about free seminars and exercise classes for Weight Loss Challenge participants.
