JOIN THE PARK RIDGE WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE

Help Park Ridge Lose 100 Pounds in 8 Weeks

It’s as Easy as 1-2-3!

1. Register Now for the 8-week Park Ridge Weight Loss Challenge if you are over 18 and live and/or work in Park Ridge. Registration forms are available on-line at parkridgeboro.com, in Borough Hall, at the Library and at our three partner weigh-in locations.

CrossFit Ignite, 33 South Maple Avenue, Park Ridge

THE GYM, 2 Chestnut Ridge Road, Montvale

The Spine and Health Center of Montvale, 2 South

Kinderkamack Road, Montvale

2. Weigh in at least three times at any of the partner locations. You can register and have your initial weigh-in at the same time!

3. Lose and maintain the loss of at least three pounds over the 8-week period beginning March 26th and ending May 20th.

Participate and Celebrate

Watch for a variety of free exercise and educational activities posted at parkridgeboro.com.

At the end of the Weight Loss Challenge we’ll celebrate our weight loss and wellness achievements.
