Youth Mental Health 101
Parents, teachers, and other adults working with youth in the community:
Learn more about anxiety, depression, and other mental health symptoms common in youth.
About the Presenter: Jaime Lynn Arlia, LPC, ACS of Care Plus NJ, Inc. has been providing counseling, education, clinical supervision and coaching in the field of behavioral health for over 15 years. As a certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor, Jaime has also been actively providing educational presentations to spread the word about decreasing the stigma associated with mental health issues and encouraging those struggling to seek help.
This presentation is open and has been designed for all community members interested in learning more.
