AGENDA CHANGES:

       Clerk advised of the addition of one resolution to purchase a
heavy duty stationary compactor.

PUBLIC PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR:

    Resident asked if there were any further discussions or decisions
regarding Mill Pond and the dam.  Mayor Ruschman advised he had
met with DEP the previous week and the council decided to repair
dam and do nothing to Mill Pond.

PUBLIC HEARING:

ORDINANCE 2008-14 - Capital Ordinance Authorizing Additional
Funding for Borough Road, Curbs, Sidewalks & Drainage Improvements,
Appropriating $77,500.00 & Proving that Such Sum Should be Raised
from Capital Surplus.

    Hearing closed, ordinance adopted.
